Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy – Quizkart
        At Quizkart, we offer digital access to interactive quiz campaigns. Please read our policy below regarding
            shipping, returns, and refunds.
        1. Shipping Policy
        
            - Quiz Access: Upon successful payment and confirmation, customers receive instant
                digital access to the selected quiz campaign(s). No physical delivery is involved, as all campaigns are
                hosted and accessed online.
- Assured Discount Coupons: For campaigns that include an assured discount coupon, all
                participants who complete the quiz entry by making the required payment will receive the coupon
                digitally, either via email or WhatsApp. There will be no physical dispatch of discount coupons.
- Prize Distribution: Winners of any quiz campaign will have their physical prizes
                delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of campaign closure and winner announcement.
- If the prize is a digital product, it will be delivered electronically, and no physical shipment will be
                made.
- Quizkart reserves the right to contact winners for identity verification prior to prize dispatch.
2. Returns & Exchanges
        
            - Quiz Access and Assured Discount coupon: As both Quiz Access and Assured Discount
                Coupons are digital products, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We strongly encourage users
                to carefully review the details of each quiz campaign before making a purchase, as all sales are
                considered final.
- Prize: In the event that a winner receives a defective physical prize, they must
                contact Quizkart Support within 2 days of receiving the product. Upon successful verification, the user
                will be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and
                product availability. Once an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within
                8–10 business days.
- No returns or refunds will be applicable for digital prizes.
3. Refund Process
        
            - In the rare event of a technical issue where a user is unable to access a purchased campaign after
                successful payment, users may contact our support team.
- Upon verification of the issue, the refund process will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Credit Timeframe
        
            - Once a refund is approved and processed, the amount will be credited to the customer’s original mode of
                payment within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
